May 09, 2026"Wells Brothers is my favorite pizza place anywhere. We started with the calamari, which was excellent. I always like it when they’ve got the tiny little tentacles in there. My absolute favorite. I’ve never had such a thin cracker style crust on a pizza. Beyond the fact that it’s the single best crust I’ve ever had, the flavor of the pizza itself is absolutely delicious. Even the next day, if there’s a couple of pieces left over, even though the crust is no longer crunchy, the pizza is absolutely delicious."

Apr 13, 2026"Wells Brothers Italian Restaurant in Racine, Wisconsin, is Wisconsin staple that’s been serving the community since 1921, making it one of the oldest continuously operating restaurants in the state. Their thin‑crust pizza is a classic for a reason. The crust is cracker‑thin with a great crisp. The cheese is generous and good quality, melting beautifully across the pie. Some pieces had just a slight char on the edges, which added a nice bit of flavor, and the sauce isn’t light but carries a rich, sweet tomato that complements the crust and cheese really well. For dessert, the tiramisu was a highlight. The cream was much thicker and richer than I have ever had in a tiramisu, and I loved it! It made the dessert richer and feel more decadent. The bottom layer could have been soaked more with coffee flavor, but the two layers of cake plus the substantial cream more than made up for it."
